Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the TubeLab affiliate program (the "Program") operated by TubeLab ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). They supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By enrolling in the Program through our affiliates portal, generating a referral link, requesting a coupon code, or otherwise promoting TubeLab in exchange for commissions, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE AFFILIATE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

1. The Program

The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to TubeLab through unique referral links or approved coupon codes. Enrollment, tracking, and payouts are managed through our affiliates portal at tubelab.tolt.io. We may accept or reject any application, and remove any affiliate from the Program, at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions and payouts

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, affiliates earn a 20% commission on the first 12 payments made by each customer they refer. Payouts are processed on the schedule and through the payment methods available in the affiliates portal. Commissions are only owed for referrals that comply with these Affiliate Terms; referrals generated through any prohibited activity described below do not qualify for commissions, even if they are initially tracked and attributed to your account.

3. What we expect from affiliates

The Program exists to reward affiliates who introduce TubeLab to people who would not otherwise have found it — in other words, affiliates who add a genuine marketing and distribution channel. Examples of promotion we welcome include:

  • Creating original content such as videos, articles, tutorials, reviews, or comparisons that feature TubeLab;
  • Sharing your referral link with your own audience through your channels, newsletters, communities, courses, or social media;
  • Recommending TubeLab to clients, students, or peers as part of consulting, coaching, or educational work;
  • Running paid advertising on generic, non-branded topics (e.g. YouTube growth, niche research) that complies with the rules below, directed at your own content.

The common thread is that you create new demand for TubeLab. The activities prohibited in the following sections have the opposite effect: they intercept people who have already decided to buy — often because of our own marketing or another affiliate's work — and insert an affiliate tag at the last moment without contributing anything. We treat those activities as a material breach of these Affiliate Terms.

4. Prohibited: bidding on branded keywords

You may not use our brand to capture search traffic from people who are already looking for TubeLab. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Bid on, purchase, or target the keyword "TubeLab", our domain names (e.g. "tubelab.net"), misspellings or variations of our brand (e.g. "tube lab", " tubelabs", "tubelab.com"), or our product names in any paid search or paid advertising platform, including without limitation Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, or Reddit;
  • Bid on, purchase, or target any branded keyword combined with a modifier, including without limitation "TubeLab coupon", "TubeLab promo code", "TubeLab discount", "TubeLab deal", "TubeLab pricing", " TubeLab review", "TubeLab free trial", " TubeLab login", or "TubeLab alternative";
  • Use "TubeLab" or confusingly similar terms in paid ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or ad extensions;
  • Register, or use, domain names, subdomains, social media handles, or page names that contain our brand or could be confused with our official properties;
  • Send paid traffic directly to tubelab.net through your referral link (direct linking) without our prior written approval;
  • Add negative-keyword exclusions selectively, use geo-targeting, or use ad scheduling to hide branded campaigns from us — concealment of any prohibited campaign is itself a violation.

People searching for our brand have already found TubeLab. Advertising against those searches does not create new customers; it only diverts existing demand and takes credit for it.

5. Prohibited: coupon and promo code interception

Coupon codes exist so affiliates can give their own audience a benefit — not so websites can rank for "TubeLab promo code" searches and tag customers who were already at checkout. You agree not to:

  • Operate, contribute to, or promote through coupon, deal, discount, or voucher websites (or pages, browser extensions, newsletters, or communities serving the same purpose) whose model is to target people searching for "TubeLab coupon", "TubeLab promo code", "TubeLab discount", or similar branded discount-intent queries, without providing a genuine, independent marketing or distribution channel for TubeLab;
  • Publish, list, or advertise coupon or promo codes that we did not issue to you, including fake, expired, unauthorized, or scraped codes, or generic claims such as "verified TubeLab codes" used as bait to capture clicks;
  • Use browser extensions, pop-ups, or similar software that automatically inject referral links or codes during checkout, or that overwrite an existing attribution at or near the point of purchase;
  • Present a page or flow whose primary function is to have a user who already intends to purchase click through your referral link in order to claim a supposed discount.

A customer typing "TubeLab promo code" into a search engine has already decided to buy. Sites and tools built to intercept that moment prey on existing purchase intent, add no marketing value, and frequently displace the affiliate or channel that actually earned the referral. We consider this behavior commission theft, and it results in forfeiture of the related commissions and removal from the Program.

6. Other prohibited activities

As a participant in the Program, you also agree not to:

  • Refer yourself, your own business, or accounts you control (self-referrals), or use your own referral link or coupon code for your own purchases;
  • Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, or any technique that sets affiliate attribution without a deliberate user click;
  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about TubeLab, its pricing, or its features, or present yourself as TubeLab, an employee, or an official representative;
  • Promote TubeLab through spam, unsolicited messages, or on properties featuring illegal, hateful, or deceptive content;
  • Offer unauthorized rebates, cashback, or other incentives funded from your commission without our prior written approval.

7. Enforcement, clawbacks, and termination

We monitor Program activity, including paid search results for our branded keywords and coupon-intent queries. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Affiliate Terms, we may take any or all of the following actions, without prior notice:

  • Reverse, withhold, or claw back commissions attributable to the violating activity, including commissions already paid;
  • Suspend or terminate your participation in the Program;
  • Deactivate your referral links and coupon codes;
  • Pursue any other remedy available to us under our Terms of Service or applicable law, including trademark enforcement.

Upon termination for violation of these Affiliate Terms, any unpaid commissions associated with the violating activity are forfeited.

8. Modifications

We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.
